website header image:
page width: 950px
header height: 40px (top menu) + 80px (header) = 120px
note: the header graphic should fit mostly in the 80px area but can “bleed” into the menu

propose a color palette:

media gallery:

* need images for key messages and generic category thumbnails
* featured story image dimensions: 510px x 206px
* thumbnails are square 150×150 or 75×75
